Future Opening: Customer Service and Dispatching

With the growing calls, we are seeking professional, no drama, responsible and organized office staff to be a part of our team.

You will book all calls that come in and dispatch calls out.

You should be extremely organized in remembering calling back clients, following up on calls, dealing with any issues in a respectful manner.

You must be able to show empathy through the phone.

A professional over the phone voice is important.

You must get along with other co-workers and believe there is no "I" in TEAM.

You must communicate all issues, needs etc. to your supervisor as they come up.

You must be able to book a call by getting all the required information within a 3-4 minute time frame.

You must be able to multi task.

You must not have any tardiness or absences issues. Since this is an emergency company, your attendance is very important to the functioning of the company.

You must display professionalism in your work ethic, mannerisms with co-workers, attitude towards clients as well as holding a professional image through proper professional attire.

Our company is open 24/7. Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Saturday. You will be responsible for most Saturdays once trained properly.

We have a family atmosphere office.
