OWEN SECURITY SOLUTIONS is seeking a bilingual Customer Service and Service Dispatcher in Kennesaw, Georgia. We are seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented, and organized service coordinator to take incoming calls and help facilitate the dispatch of our service professionals to people in need. In this role, it’s your responsibility to carefully listen to each caller, obtain vital information over the phone, keep track of the schedules of technicians and other service professionals, and swiftly respond to requests. You must ensure that a service team attends to each customer in a timely manner and maintain organized notes and accurate records of all calls in our database.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong technical skills (IT, security cameras, etc.), excellent communication and multitasking skills. Other duties may include basic troubleshooting, data entry, and preparing reports. A successful Service Dispatcher will remain calm under pressure, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
