Job summary

CITY TOWING INC in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a professional Dispatcher to handle emergency and non-emergency calls, make quick decisions, and coordinate responses.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working 4pm–12am, including weekends. Training will run 3–4 weeks; join a team-focused, customer-service oriented operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position is preferred.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Understanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Ability to work well under pressure and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Collect and document information from callers.
• Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency.
• Transmit information to the appropriate person or department.
• Direct response units to the appropriate location.
• Monitor status of the response team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will receive emergency and non-emergency calls and make quick decisions to ensure the proper action is taken. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. The shift will be 4pm to 12am must be able to work weekends. Training will be approximately for 3 to 4 weeks.
