Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Understanding of best practices for emergency response situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
