This part-time role involves shifts across early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with training of 4–6 weeks and overtime potential per the CBA. U.S. residency required with no current work sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the ticket counter, gate area and baggage office.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to Customers at the ticket counter, gate area and baggage office.
• Assist Customers with check-in, questions, and travel arrangements.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, and related transactions.
• Resolve customer issues and delays with patience and care.
