Qualifications

• Ability to type and/or use a computer keyboard with enough velocity to satisfy demands of the job.
• Read files, follow instructions, and understand ticketing policies.
• Work well with others as part of a crew under stressful situations.
• Complete customer service agent training software with an 80% or higher and an evaluation period.
• Able to work under tight time constraints to achieve quick aircraft turns.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance according to policy and standards.
• Communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on PA systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with team to ensure enterprise success.
• Assist travelers with ticketing, check-in, baggage services, and reservations via POS systems.
• Resolve issues and handle inquiries from customers and visitors at the airport.
• Take payments and balance daily transactions accurately.
• Respond to inquiries and provide flight information to callers and clients.
