Job summary

Service Partners in Phoenix seeks a customer-facing order support specialist to serve as the key contact for our branch, providing order support and product information to customers in collaboration with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and basic math; a valid driver’s license is needed if operating a vehicle. Local travel is <10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive rapport with customers and provide world class service.
• Support order fulfillment by coordinating with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery.
• Review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
