Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, is seeking a customer service-focused team member for its Phoenix area branch. You will handle orders, provide product information, and work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes world-class customer service, basic math skills, and strong communication. Local travel is required; comprehensive benefits are offered, including healthcare and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements; perform analytics and problem solving.
