Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Green Bay location to support our Medford operations. The role covers office administration, data entry, and sales support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include answering phones, routing calls, handling orders and shipments, and coordinating with carriers to schedule pickups, while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of office experience is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person.
• Perform data entry and import quotes into the system.
• Generate BOLs using RedWood; contact carriers to schedule pickups.
• Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates/times for customers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
