Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies in Green Bay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer service, office administration and sales support, working at our Green Bay location while assisting our Medford location.

Responsibilities include answering phones, routing calls, data entry and quoting; generating BOLs using Redwood; scheduling pickups with carriers; confirming orders and deliveries; and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of office experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• All general office administrative functions including answering phones and routing to the appropriate person, filing, and general office organization.
• Enter data and import quotes into the computer system.
• Generate BOLs using Redwood and contact carriers to schedule pick-ups.
• Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates and times to customers.
• Will be required to perform all other duties as assigned.
