Job summary

Bay Insulation Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer service, office administration and sales at our Green Bay location, with duties also assisting our Medford location.

You will handle phones, data entry, BOL generation and carrier coordination, and communicate order status to customers. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; MS Office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of office experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route to the appropriate person; maintain general office organization.
• Enter data and import quotes into the computer system.
• Generate BOLs and contact carriers to schedule pickups.
• Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates/times to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• All general office administrative functions including answering phones and routing to the appropriate person, filing, and general office organization.
• Enter data and import quotes into the computer system.
• Generate BOLs using RedWood and contacts carriers to schedule pick-ups.
• Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates and times to customers.
• Will be required to perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• One year of office experience, preferred.
• Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
• Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
