Job summary

Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer service, office administration and sales support. This role primarily serves our Green Bay location while assisting our Medford location.

You will answer phones, route calls, enter data, generate BOLs, coordinate shipments, confirm order status, and support a fast-paced office team. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of office experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route to appropriate person.
• Enter data and import quotes into the computer system.
• Generate BOLs using Redwood and contact carriers to schedule pickups.
• Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates/times to customers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
