Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer service, office administration and sales support from our Green Bay location while assisting our Medford location. Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, generating BOLs, coordinating carrier pickups, and confirming order status and delivery times to customers.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and 1 year of office experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle general office administration including answering phones and routing calls.
• Enter data and import quotes into the system.
• Generate BOLs using RedWood and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery times with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
