Job summary

Naturipe Farms, LLC. is seeking a Customer and Sales Support Specialist to ensure accurate orders, premier customer service, and timely deliveries from our Woburn, MA office.

You will be the main contact for customers and our sales team, requiring accuracy, accountability, and strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of Business Development and offers growth opportunities within a collaborative sales team, with a focus on order

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years in B2B sales, customer service, office or produce environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Inter-personal skills and phone etiquette.
• Fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with SAP a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus; knowledge of produce industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales orders, order entry, order follow-up and customer notifications of changes and confirmations.
• Phone and email communication with customers, cross-functional departments, cooler warehouse, and grower owners.
• Coordinate COS and Phyto documents for Canadian shipments.
• Manage I-Trade, Foodlink, Procurant and ADX transactions.
• Coordinate daily and weekly inventory and order management with growers and cooler network.
• Provide office administrative support for the MA office and maintain files.
• Support the demand planner with ad and promo files.
• Prepare reports and documents for the President and executive team.
