Job summary

Nystrom, Inc. is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team and customers within a defined territory. You will manage quotes, orders, and inquiries, acting as a reliable liaison across departments to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes high-volume data entry, CRM/ERP proficiency, and strong communication. A full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, is required in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or further sales support education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with CRM and ERP software.
• Able to handle high-volume quotes and orders accurately.
• Dependable and able to work full-time Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level support to the sales team in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
• Enter and process high volumes of customer quotes and orders into CRM and ERP systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for order status, product availability, delivery times, and general customer inquiries.
• Process order changes, RMAs, and manage tasks.
• Handle multiple communication channels including email, phone, and urgent requests.
• Provide basic product and technical assistance to customers.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer & Sales Support Representatives to ensure continuity of service across territories.
• Learn and apply construction industry knowledge and manufacturing processes used throughout the sales cycle.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and seek process improvements.
