Job summary

Nystrom, Inc. is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team and customers within a defined territory. You will manage quotes, orders, and inquiries, acting as a reliable liaison across departments to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes high-volume data entry, CRM/ERP proficiency, and strong communication. A full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, is required in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or further sales support education preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficient with CRM and ERP software.
Able to handle high-volume quotes and orders accurately.
Dependable and able to work full-time Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Provide high level support to the sales team in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
Enter and process high volumes of customer quotes and orders into CRM and ERP systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for order status, product availability, delivery times, and general customer inquiries.
Process order changes, RMAs, and manage tasks.
Handle multiple communication channels including email, phone, and urgent requests.
Provide basic product and technical assistance to customers.
Collaborate with fellow Customer & Sales Support Representatives to ensure continuity of service across territories.
Learn and apply construction industry knowledge and manufacturing processes used throughout the sales cycle.
Work cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and seek process improvements.
