Job summary

Perricone Juices, formed through collaboration with Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Vero Beach, FL to ensure an accurate order-to-delivery experience. You will enter orders in NetSuite and answer product questions while coordinating with Transportation, Shipping, and Sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into NetSuite accurately and on time.
• Notify customers when their order has been received and entered, and send an order confirmation.
• Answer questions about orders and products; handle calls to the main line.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Shipping, and Sales for timely information.
• Support internal teams with order status, POs, and transportation.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 8–24 hours and follow up.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, consumers, and team members.
