SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to serve commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will deliver exceptional service, manage relationships, and assist with in-store and online orders while supporting inventory and merchandising tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail/wholesale, strong English/Spanish communication, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or wholesale setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of green industry products a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Experience with inventory management is helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or via online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and workflows.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management while maintaining safety.
