Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to both commercial and residential customers. You will manage relationships, assist with in-person, phone, or online orders, and help prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail/wholesale experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to adopt new technologies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail/wholesale experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Able to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online orders.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management and store tasks while keeping a safe environment.
