Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads.
• Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment based on cost and customer needs.
• Input information into software for accurate estimating and scheduling; ensure compliance with laws.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls and handle concerns professionally.
• Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned (data entry, scanning, cleaning, etc.).

Pay:$14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
• Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications
• Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
• Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
• Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
• All other duties as assigned (scanning receipts, data entry, office cleaning, etc.)

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in a related field is preferred
• At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience + the understanding of the selling process;TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®or moving industry experience is valuable
• Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
• Organization + time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed
• Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Basic computer/keyboarding skills
