Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales or retail experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify related products or add-ons to grow sales.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries about Parts and Supply.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products and promotions to enhance service.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Enter quotes and invoices, manage fulfillment accurately.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Be flexible to work overtime/weekends as required.
