Job summary

Rockford Systems LLC is seeking an in-office Customer Experience Specialist who will connect customers with sales and operations. You will translate customer needs into accurate quotes, manage orders, and drive timely fulfillment while upholding our safety-focused solutions.

You’ll build strong relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with operations, purchasing, and accounting to meet timelines. A strong focus on detail and proactive problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engaged B2B experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by phone and email with clarity, empathy, and urgency.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Generate, price, and follow up on quotes and sales orders.
• Enter and manage orders in internal systems (CRM/ERP).
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and accounting to hit timelines.
