Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer-focused team member in the United States to welcome customers, inspect vehicles for damage, complete return transactions, and explain charges. You will promote SIXT products and help move vehicles to the right locations, contributing to a seamless rental experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service, with a background in sales, service, or hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality is ideal.
• Capable of working 40 hours per week with day or evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on arrival and deliver a friendly, professional return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete return transactions and explain final rental charges clearly.
• Promote SIXT products and services where applicable to enhance the brand experience.
• Identify vehicles for maintenance and move them to the correct location.
• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks.
