SIXT is hiring in the Miami area for a full-time Customer Service & Vehicle Coordination role. You will greet customers, inspect arrivals, process returns, and advise on final charges while promoting SIXT products and services.

You will also tag vehicles for maintenance and help move units to proper locations. The role requires flexibility for weather conditions, a friendly demeanor, and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, with a sales or hospitality background.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; report issues as needed.
• Complete return transactions accurately and explain final charges to customers.
