The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service, and a valid driver's license. Expect 40 hours weekly with day or evening shifts and potential travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to work 40 hours per week (day/evening shifts).
• Willing to travel 5–10% and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and provide a friendly return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel level, and mileage; escalate issues as needed.
• Complete return transactions accurately and advise on final charges.
