Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer-focused team member in the United States to support branch operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. You will assist customers, prepare rental agreements, and ensure satisfaction while promoting SIXT products and fleet knowledge.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for shift work (including weekends/holidays), and a valid US driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay and uncapped bonus potential accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to upsell products and services to meet targets.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
• Prepare rental agreements and answer customer inquiries with organization and care.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining knowledge of SIXT fleet and offerings.
