Job summary

SIXT USA is seeking a friendly, customer-focused teammate in Baltimore to elevate our rental experiences. You’ll greet customers, assist with vehicle returns, and help keep our fleet running smoothly, all at an hourly rate of $21.50.

You will inspect vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; complete returns accurately; advise on final charges; and promote SIXT products to turn every interaction into a brand experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival with a friendly, professional return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage; report issues as needed.
• Complete return transactions accurately and advise customers on final rental charges.
• Promote SIXT products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to the correct location.
• Work in various weather conditions and support business needs as required.
