Job summary

Arona Home Essentials seeks a Customer Retention Manager to drive renewals and manage key customer relationships at our Cedar Rapids area stores. The role includes leadership responsibilities, collaboration with store teams, and ongoing process improvements to boost retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must have a satisfactory MVR, a valid driver's license and pass a DOT physical/certification.
• Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required.
• Proven leadership and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude to learn proper collection procedures and keep organized records.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as part of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed lease agreements.
• Maintain updated accurate customer information in the system.
• Support store operations and act as key holder in the General Manager's absence.
• Monitor customer payment history and make recommendations to ownership.
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements.
