Job summary

Aarons is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Pleasanton, TX. You will coach customers on lease benefits and drive renewal payments while building strong relationships over the phone and in person.

You will maintain accounts, support the Account Manager in meeting revenue goals, and assist with merchandise returns and deliveries. This role requires flexibility and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in US with valid drivers license and clean MVR.
• DOT certification in required states (US) must be met.
• Ability to work shifts from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customers accounts and update store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements by home visits and calls.
• Sell customers on timely lease renewal payments.
