Job summary

Aaron's in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Customer Account Advisor who will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive lease payments and renewals. You will manage accounts and help customers understand lease benefits to ensure satisfaction and ownership progression.

You will support the sales team, participate in daily activities, and contribute to reaching revenue and renewal goals while upholding the Aaron's brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts and payment appointments in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home visits and by phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Help set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect products in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.
