Descrizione del lavoro

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive payments and lease renewals, aiming to help customers move closer to ownership.

Roles involve updating accounts, contacting non-renewing customers, and assisting with merchandise returns and deliveries, while meeting daily revenue goals. Customer service and upbeat energy are essential.

Competenze

• US residents 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record
• DOT requirements to obtain state certifications as needed
• Ability to work varying hours (8am–9pm)
• Able to lift 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with dolly
• Retail/customer service experience preferred

Mansioni

• Maintain and update customer account information in the system
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by home visits or phone
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals
• Support revenue and renewal goals daily/weekly/monthly
• Assist with merchandise returns, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
• Ensure proper loading and transport of products in company vehicles
• Support Sales Team as needed
• Perform other duties as directed by management
