Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers and drive lease renewals, building relationships over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership. The role focuses on payment collections, account upkeep, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include contacting customers with renewals, achieving revenue goals, assisting with returns, and supporting the Sales Team. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with strong multitasking ability.
• Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer account information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle.
• Safely operate the company vehicle.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties as requested by management.
