Job summary

Aaron’s Lewiston location is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to manage customer accounts, collect payments, and support lease renewals. The role involves building strong customer relationships, both in-store and via phone, to drive ownership outcomes.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and high energy to handle store duties and customer interactions, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask and perform all store functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home.
• Promote timely lease payments and renewals to customers.
• Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and transport product in company vehicle and perform vehicle maintenance tasks.
