Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves building relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them closer to ownership, with incentive pay based on performance.

The salary range is $12.25 to $13.00 per hour and benefits are provided. Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts, contacting customers who haven’t renewed, and

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proper telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store computer system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements both in home visits and by phone.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
