Job summary

Aaron’s Lewiston store is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a high-energy approach, with eligibility for incentive pay based on performance and a schedule that may vary across a typical 8am–9pm window.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multi-task and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements in home and by phone.
• Sell customers on timely lease renewal payments and benefits.
