Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Lakeland, FL. The role focuses on driving payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership. We offer a competitive hourly rate ($14.00–$14.50) with incentive pay based on performance, a team-oriented environment, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, by home visit or phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and vehicle-related duties.
