Job summary

Aaron’s Lewiston location is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals by explaining benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them closer to ownership.

Qualifications

• US work authorization and minimum age 21.
• DOT certification requirements for applicable states.
• Ability to work 8am–9pm schedule.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts with updated information in store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home and by phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
