Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to guide customers toward ownership, while upholding Aaron’s brand and delivering strong service.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with pay range $12.75–$13.50 per hour and eligibility for incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements both in home visits and over the phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
