Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach and support customers in payment collections and lease renewals, building relationships through in-store and face-to-face interactions. The role emphasizes helping customers move closer to ownership.

Candidates should have retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The position offers an hourly wage with incentive pay based on performance and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8 am–9 pm schedule.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license (US) and meet DOT requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, up to 300 lbs with dolly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by in-home visits or phone.
• Explain benefits of timely lease renewals and drive payments.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support with merchandise returns and deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure and inspect merchandise in vehicle.
