Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a sales-oriented Retention specialist to grow and retain our customer base from our Midtown Tampa site. You will handle renewals, respond to inquiries, and work to expand accounts with cross-sell across product groups.

In this role you will demonstrate value against competitors, manage escalated interactions, and ensure timely documentation and CRM updates while meeting quota targets within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or minimum of 1 year of directly related experience (Collections/Retention SaaS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation and conflict resolution for escalated customer interactions
• Time management to multi-task high volume calls, tickets, emails
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools (Freshdesk)
• Proven record of hitting and exceeding quotas

Responsibilities

• Retain renewal accounts and cross-sell into product groups
• Demonstrate value of TeamViewer software vs competitors
• Answer setup and product functionality questions
• Respond to email/ticket requests to retain customers
• Convert termination requests into win-back opportunities
• Submit documentation and notes in CRM systems
• Maintain productivity level consistent with team
