Job summary

TeamViewer, a leader in Digital Workplace solutions, is seeking a Team Manager - Inside Sales to lead and develop our Inside Sales teams. You will drive KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure exceptional service for customers worldwide.

You will build relationships, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing to plan initiatives. A strong focus on process improvement and staff development is key in this onsite Tampa, FL role.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Business field or equivalent
• Experience in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand relationships with TeamViewer customers
• Identify cross- and up-sell potentials across the product platform
• Lead and develop Inside Sales team to meet KPIs and service standards
• Monitor markets, campaigns, targets, and performance data
• Collaborate with SSE and Marketing to plan campaigns and improve processes
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage schedules and leave requests
• Ensure seamless customer experience and alignment with Customer Support
