Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
• Excellent listening skills and empathetic communication style.
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace; Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and handle challenges professionally.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Operations to find customer solutions.
• Provide accurate information using dept. protocols.
• Resolve queries by clarifying issues and explaining solutions.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Update department order spreadsheets regularly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leads/supervisors.
