Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join a fast-paced customer operations team in Jersey City, NJ. The role emphasizes solving customer issues, investigating claims, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a positive experience.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and a 22.50–29.00 USD hourly pay range. Temp-to-hire and non-exempt status apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or customer relations experience.
• Experience with customer resolutions, claims, shipping, or order issues preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Investigate customer issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• De-escalate challenging customer situations professionally.
• Partner with Operations and internal departments to resolve customer needs.
• Process customer account adjustments.
• Maintain accurate order and customer information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Provide accurate and timely communication to customers.
