Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Customer Service Representative in Wichita Falls, TX to accurately fulfill customer orders, answer inquiries, provide quotes, and enter orders by phone, email, fax, or in person. You’ll help maintain inventory, choose cost-efficient shipping, and partner with Account Representatives to drive satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and up to three years of related experience, with strong communication, reliability, and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–3 years related experience typical.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and handle order entry.
• Provide quotes and respond to basic product inquiries.
• Place orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in visits.
• Negotiate sale and purchase price within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Maintain inventory levels and select cost-effective shipping methods.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
