Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in Wichita Falls, TX. You will accurately fulfill customer orders, enter orders, provide quotes, and handle calls with a focus on service and efficiency.

In this role, you will leverage strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to maintain inventory levels, coordinate shipping, and support Account Representatives. Attention to detail is essential for accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Reliable, organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in.
• Influences gross profit through negotiating sale and purchase prices within parameters.
• May adjust non-contract customer pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Orders items to maintain appropriate inventory levels for customers.
• May place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order without approval.
• Sourcing products in branch, distribution center, or supplier inventory.
• Determines cost-effective shipping methods for customer orders.
• Partners with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedites backorders and prepares orders for shipment.
• May handle customer returns.
