• Adjust non-contract pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate by routing orders to maintain supply.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods for customer orders.
• Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedite backorders and assist with inventory pulls for shipment.
