Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. seeks an Assistant Quality Manager to lead customer quality processes in a manufacturing setting. You will drive resolution of complaints, warranty claims, and quality issues through structured problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor KPIs, coach the team, and ensure effective communication with customers while upholding QMS and CSRs. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or quality-related certification/training preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive quality, customer quality, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in quality leadership, supervision, or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and improve customer quality processes and ensure compliance with CSRs and QMS.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving for warranty claims, field quality issues, and 8D closures.
• Monitor customer quality performance, KPIs, and drive improvement actions.
• Lead and manage the customer quality team, develop capability, and ensure accountability.
• Support audits, APQP/PPAP, and quality tool usage across functions.
