Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. is seeking a Product Quality Engineer in Moraine, OH to join the Quality department.

You will coordinate with the new product development team to design sample quality plans, supervise sample inspection, and ensure OEM standards are met through data analysis and corrective actions. Responsibilities include developing inspection plans, verifying testing standards, and guiding production teams to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering or automotive/glass manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and QA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with New Product Development to design and plan sample inspections.
• Develop and implement part quality inspection plans.
• Control sample receiving and inspection processes for new products.
• Analyze inspection data and root causes to update QC plans.
• Collaborate with Advanced Quality Engineer and Process Engineer on corrective actions.
• Lead containment and improvement activities to prevent defects.
