Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager for the Quality Department to lead customer quality processes and ensure compliance with CSRs and the QMS.

This full-time role reports to the Quality Manager and supervises a team including Customer Quality Engineer and Analysts. You will drive timely resolution of customer complaints and warranty claims, monitor KPIs such as PPM and warranty performance, and lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or quality-related certification/training preferred.
• 5+ years of automotive quality experience; 2+ years in quality leadership or supervision.
• Experience with customer quality, warranty, and IATF 16949 preferred.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer quality processes, procedures, and related documentation.
• Lead timely resolution of customer complaints, warranty claims, and field quality issues via structured problem solving.
• Monitor customer scorecards, PPM, complaints, warranty performance, and other KPIs; identify risks and drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives and verify corrective actions for effectiveness.
• Maintain communication with customers and represent Fuyao's quality interests; manage VOC feedback.
• Lead, develop, and manage the customer quality team to ensure capability and performance.
