Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field; mechanics or electrical preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing QC, audits and quality data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem solving.
• Proven ability to train and supervise inspection staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process and product inspections and audits to ensure quality.
• Lead data collection, analysis and reporting for quality metrics.
• Coordinate with QA and production to drive corrective actions.
• Supervise outgoing QC inspectors and mentor staff.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.
