Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to work with customers on large projects, tight deadlines and complex orders. You will serve as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure material reaches the project site when needed.

You will perform order entry, prepare and revise material submittals, handle returns and credits, provide reporting, coordinate deliveries, and process job lot billing and invoices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• 1 year experience; 2-3 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers
• Handle returns and credits
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment
